Billing Overview

This article introduces billing information such as billing items, billing methods and price descriptions in ClickPipes

ClickPipes charges based on resource usage. Depending on the user’s usage patterns, there are four types of resources that may incur charges, as listed below:

Data Mirror

For the normal operation of data mirroring tasks, you need to create a mirror engine in advance to execute the tasks. Mirror engines are billed hourly based on their memory configuration.

Network Traffic

When using the fully managed mode, you need to pay for the network traffic generated by the data synchronization task. The traffic is calculated based on the amount of data synchronized.

ClickHouse Cloud Service

If you choose to use ClickHouse Cloud Service, you need to pay for the memory, storage, and traffic usage of the ClickHouse instance. ClickPipes use ClickHouse official cloud service, and the billing method is the same as ClickHouse Cloud Service.

AI Features:

When automatically generating data APIs, ClickPipes provides a limited number of free uses each month, which resets periodically. If your usage exceeds the free quota, you will be charged for additional API generations. However, the free quota is sufficient for most use cases, and the additional per-use fee is very affordable.

Billing information is calculated hourly and charged on a monthly basis. If the accumulated charges are substantial, an earlier payment may be required. Please ensure your payment method remains valid

After payment is completed, a payment receipt will be sent to the email address you provided. ClickPipes uses Stripe for payment management, and the receipt will be issued by Stripe
